Here are the facts. I was interested in a car that I found on the Beaver Toyota lot. The salesperson I worked with mislead me about including a 'free' warranty and what I would receive for the trade in value of my used Toyota. In the Finance department I was outright lied to about what the warranty included and what the warranty cost. I was also lied to about what I would receive for my trade in. Upon returning home I discovered to my horror that the dealership had bilked me out of the agreed upon price for my trade in and that the $2000 extended warranty covered nothing more than brakes, belts and coolant system (with a $100 deductible). The next day I insisted upon the verbal agreed upon price for my trade in and getting out of the warranty by phoning the Toyota corporate headquarters and using the complaint as a bargaining chip to Beaver Toyota to refund the warranty and missing money for the trade- in. The experience was one of the sleazest car buying experiences I have ever had. To top it all off the Beaver Toyota sales and finance staff were petulant and rude to me. I got my money back but they made alot of below the belt jabs about how unfair I was being! I will never step back into this dealership and will recommend this advice to everyone I know.
I must say I am very unpleased with the service here. The salesmen are sharky. They are extremely nice when they are about to rip you off but if you decide to back out of a purchase you will be treated terribly. I was told by a salesman after deciding not to purchse a car there and had asked for some paperwork back that it wasn't his problem, after he had slammed the keys in his drawer and raised his voice at me. Very unprofessional attitudes. I wouldn't recommend comming here to any one.
I rely on them!: Love this dealership. Bought my truck there and have had my two corollas serviced through them for years. Reliable, wonderful people in every department, ready to give you a lending hand and the support you need.. the complimentary food and rides to and from are nice additions to. Always had great experiences with Toyota dealerships, but this one in particular I have friends that I know I can count on in a pinch. Keep up the great work!!!!

We are active members of the Santa Fe community and give from the heart. Sometimes customers change their mind on an insurance product or have buyers remorse about their purchase. That's why we provide a 5 day exchange policy for our customers. Our business practices speak for themselves. Ms Dominguez did not need to contact Toyota to cancel her extended warranty. She didn't need any bargaining chips. All she needed to do was present herself to us at the dealership and state her concerns. We would have and DID quickly resolve her issues. She just chose a very negative, vindictive approach and posting this blog explains more about her personality than it does ours. Rumors and speaking untruths are very hurtful and cause damage to reputations. This posting is untrue and one sided. I hope this posting will shead some light on the situation. I've left a telephone message for Ms. Dominguez but have not received a return call. I would like to meet with her in person to discuss this further.
