Find another Dealership. unless you enjoy being lied to repeatedly. i bought a new honda crv had a deal done finally after 4 hours of discussion and then went home for the night and returned to bring down payment and then i was told that there was something wrong with the contract. well it was redone and then told me my payments now went up by "only" $25 a month. i told them that was unacceptable and after another 4 hours of discussion we finally came to an agreement with me still having to pay partially for THEIR mistake. then when driving off i noticed an engine light on, a red exclamation point so i talk to the manager and he directs me to the service department telling me it was only the tire pressure sensor and that they'd fix me right up. so i get there and they tell me they can't do anything to just go to a gas station. so basicly i was refused help by their service department on the day i just purchased my new crv. i am so disgusted that i will never return. i will go ahead and drive 35mile to another honda dealership to have my vehicle serviced. just a very unprofessional place that doesn't give a darn about their customers. i will never ever go back, i wish i would have just went somewhere else in the 1st place.

WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER!!!! My husband and I went to this dealership looking at used cars, and ended up getting talked into a new Hyundai Elantra. This was ok because of the rebate that Hyundai was offering and the good warranty that they offer. However, we took the car home on a late monday morning after them telling us we were approved for the vehicle. We received a call from them over 5 days later telling us that we were not approved for the car and we needed to go back to the dealership. They still tried talking us into the deal with the car by putting more money down (after already trading in a vehicle and putting $1,000 down) or raising our payments.

Before going back into the dealership we read that this "so called deal" is actually called a Spot Delivery and is illegal in any state. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!!!

The salesmen that we dealt with was Richard who was highly inexperienced and couldn't answer many of our questions. Also, the sales manager Matt was highly rude to us when we returned back to the dealership to return the car and demanded our $1,000 down payment. Matt actually ended up getting extremely upset with my husband and told him "to get the f**k out of his store!" By far the worst customer service EVER!

SOOOOOOO BAD. Bought a mustang through them and everything they did was try to rip me off. Took in an add from the paper for the car at the price I wanted. Said they could give it to me no problem. Halfway through the paperwork they said there was a 700 dollar "ford fee" they are forced by ford to charge. I also asked for a spoiler on my car which they said would run 100 dollars initially but then magically went up to 1000 dollars. I stood up and tried to leave when they said they would give it to me free if I just sat back down. I did, however the spoiler wouldn't be in for a week and would need painting. SO I took the car home which was fine like any other mustang. I did however call ford to ask them about the "Ford Fee" which they confirmed doesn't exist and I got it in writing. I told Borman this and threatened legal action and upon doing so they cut me a check in the show room for 700 dollars saying they were sorry and that it's a practice upper management forces on them. I also didn't end up getting my spoiler for two months after the purchase and it took them 3 hours to install something that would have taken me 3 minutes. Absolutely the worst dealership in the region. Go to El Paso.
