User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWhile I was still living in Cypress Tx after hurricane IKE my friend mellissa and I decided to go to McDonalds for our usual...we were in there all the time with the kids while our husbands went to work. Her and myself were the only ones in the store at this time and the girl who was taking orders took mellissas order and then closed out the sale without taking my order...there should have been no confusion on the employees part it was very apparent we were together because we were standing right next to each other. After she closed out the sale there were at this time people standing BEHIND me who were i guess ready to order but so was I ...you know when mellissa ordered. So she took the order from the people behind Me and then soon there food came you know AFTER mellissas food came. So there I was STILL standing there staring at the empoyee waiting for her to take my order. So then she finally realizes that mellissa AND the people who were behind are almost finished with their food because she was in the lobby lookin busy and notices a costomer at the counter Hmmm I wonder who that could be... oh ME. So she FINALLY came around to the regester and said to me "hi can I take your order" AS IF I HAD JUST GOTTEN THERE" I know she saw me she had to have seen me. I mean right? I was standing right in front of her when mellissa was ordering.
After she asked me if she could take my order....out comes the manager turning off his DSI and placing it into his pocket as he walked out the door. He had the lady working the window and cooking and the one at the regester worked on her own agenda but where was the other two guys??? oh right....behind the dumpster... you know " TAKING THE TRASH OUT"
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy girlfriend was standing in line and being ignored by the MANAGER! He was talking to another employee (who also ignored her) about a basketball game! He finally looked over at my girlfriend and didn't even ask if he could help her...just stared. Every table was a mess/fries, trash, etc., and the woman's bathroom didn't have a single sheet of toilet paper. Not good customer service IMO. Night of 12/30/09 7:45 PM.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsMc Donald's is Mc Donald's but even though the service may be a little slow it's Excellant in customer service and if your patient they will make it up to you. Great place to go for something quick....

Im wondering...when people get hired on with mcdonalds do you think they send them to a class of some sort to teach them how to have selective sight or teach them ignorance or maybe both ...yea....im betting both
