WOW!!! These folks are amazing...my 1995 lincoln town car, 80,000 miles and near mint, was sideswiped by a drunk on N.Y. eve, and I was crushed. I talked to my insurance company, saw some reviews on The Body Works, and went with them. True artisans. The car looks better than when I bought it...They worked off of my agent's estimates, and when there was a challenge, they called the agent, got the new charges approved, and I never even knew until I picked it up. Fast does not say enough. Quality is not a strong enough word. These people are local, and they take great pride in their work. One problem- not accident related...windshield washer wasn't working...they even fixed the at no charge...as a previous review stated- don't even bother with second estimates. Theirs are good, and they will work directly off the insurance estimate...this could not have been a better experience, especially considering what I thought I was in for...KUDOS!!!

Took my three-month-old Nissan XTerra in with a significant, deep scrape to the passenger-side rear panel (grocery store parking lot hit & run) - down to the steel, and on my almost-new dream rig. Body Works did the work quickly, did it well (I can't even tell where the scrape was, and it's a pretty obscure paint color), and treated me like a valued customer from the star, including a 100% accurate estimate. Worked with my insurance, too, without any fuss, and let me park my sad old second rig in their lot while I got shuttled around. Highly recommended - a great experience.
