User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI realize they are the ONLY Dodge Dealership in Las Cruces... But it is more than worth it to drive to El Paso or Deming before taking your vehicle to Sandoval! They are very rude and discourteous! My vehicle sat in their lot for several days before being worked on or returned to me! Several attempts to determine the status of my repairs were ignored and it took the salesman from where I'd purchased my vehicle to get them to actually check it out in the first place!

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTerrible!: My car sat at this place for 3 weeks before I ever got an answer as to what was wrong. I called ever day for 2 weeks to find out. I am not even convinced anyone looked at it. Simply because it didn't start they told me I needed a new engine. After taking it to another place for a second opinion I found out I needed a new belt, and starter. They were trying to charge me $5000 for a new engine when I ended up spending less than $500. Their customer service was terrible, and I was given the run around many times.
