Shack Findlay Honda

With out a doubt, the biggest crooks I have ever dealt with!!! My wife and I went in to buy a NEW honda. The salesman, Dorian, stated the had a 09 DEMO with only 5136 miles-----My wife liked it so we bought it. As we got in the new car to leave, Dorian stated the CARFAX report was in the paper work. Upon arriving home and looking at the CARFAX, I found that the car had been sold as a PRIVATELY OWNED vehicle in April 09, new battery in 10/09, sold at auction 10/26/09 (Can we say REPO????), and arrived at the dealership 11/2, only a week before AI bought it. As the car was purchased on Saturday evening, I called first thing Monday to complain---All I wanted then was to take this car back, and resume dealing on a new car again. I went through the Customer Service Mgr, the Finance Mgr, The Internet Mgr, finallt called Findlay Corporate, and got a call from the GM on Tuesday afternoon. No statement like---Sorry Sir, how can we make this right??? Basically, he said he has a contract saying USED vehicle with my name on it, and too bad for me. By Friday, after NUMEROUS calls and only the offer to put a spoiler on the car, nothing has been rectified. As far as I am concerned, they should all be charged with conspiracy to commit fraud, fired and jailed. Corporate stuck with the GM, so I have no use for them either. Honda USA took my complaint, but basically said it is up to the dealer to rectify. This is my 7th HONDA, and will be my last. All I want is for them to take the USED---not DEMO as they said---back so I can move on. BOLD FACED LIARS about the car I bought, and they all swear to the lie. Sad.

We can only say WOW! We have been dealing with them for almost 2 years now and they have always been beyond what you would expect. We didnt even buy a "new" car from them. They have always answered our questions and helped with any little concerns we had. We have had alot of cars over the years from many different dealers in alot of different states and they are hands down the best dealership hands down. This is your place if you want a honest car dealership, period!

I have yet to go to another major car dealer and receive such outstanding service. My usual service writer is Jason; he can be soft spoken, very polite, and has always treated me with the ultimate respect. I bought my wife's 2003 Honda Odyssey with a 5yr/100K extended bumper to bumper warranty from this dealership in 2004. I have dealt with Jason mainly, although I have never had a problem with anyone there, he simply goes above and beyond, that's to say do not underestimate him he has a very high work ethic and never lets me or anyone that I know down. I want you to know that I recently bought my car from there again with the same warranty, I know I could have probably saved a couple of thousand on Autotrader but, man there's no question I made the right choice after having it service for a couple of times lately. I would like to tell you that it's all hype but, " son le me tell ya what," THEY ARE THE BEST. Plus I like the free Wi-Fi, casual attire and play area for the kids, I even found myself watching T.V. and forgetting about my car. Nice to know America still builds the GREAT, yes my Honda was built in Marysville, Ohio, check the web if you don't believe me. I remember people saying that Honda's are the best for their longevity, check and see how many Americans are driving them, I feel proud to know I own a 2006 Honda Accord Coupe and I support standard of excellence. GO TO FINDLAY HONDA HENDERSON, you will find no better! Not Shack Findlay anymore, just Findlay Honda.
