The dentist maybe okay. But his staffs are awful.
Before the service, I asked a staff if they accept
my insurance, she said yes. After the service, I had
a bill from the office. I know that I should not pay
for the service I had there, So I called my insurance,
I was told that the insurance paid the maxium for the
service. However, the provider ask more than the insurance
allowed for the service. Because the provider is not in my
insurance network, don't give disccounts that network
providers do, I had to pay the difference. I asked the
dentist office to give a disccount that they usually gives
to insurance, the staff said no. Two things I was not happy
about 1) why did not staffs honestly tell me that they are
not in my insurance network instead told me they accept my
insurance; 2) why they could not offer me a disccount that
you offer to insurance (should they collect full amount they
claim for a service)?

So make sure they are in your insurance network when you
use them, they will not tell you that you may pay more there.

After going to another place here in town, that was awful, i went to Dr. Klump and loved him. Not only is his staff friendly and helping but he is a great guy. He didn't make me feel self-concious about an over due visit, and didn't badger me about not having had a cleaning for a while. He also helped me find, and had his staff set up an appointment with another dentist to take out my wisdom teeth. As long as i live here i will use him. I highly recommend him above the others here in town.
