User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI would give these people zero stars, but in order to post I had to give them one. My mail carrier is so lazy that rather than hold my mail when requested to when I am out of town, he sends it all back to the senders. This has happened to me repeatedly in the year since I've lived here, although I have properly filled out the required paperwork. If you're thinking of moving to Sun City Anthem, US mail is a basic necessity of life you can't count on.

Several residents complain that their mail is being delivered to the wrong address. Last month I ever received 2 utility bills-now being charged late fees. Now my weekly Netflix movie CD is lost. left a note for mail carrier several weeks ago- now problem is getting worse.

We also got our mails delivered to another mail box-- twice that we are aware of. The neighbor is kind enough to give it to us. The scary part is that on both occasions, they contain sensitive information-- credit card bill and bank statement with both account numbers written in full and the second time , copies of our IRS tax transcript which has all our info as well. What is going on with this post office??
It is a very sad situation. I'm on the opposite side of this issue. I get other people's mail and do deliver it to the party it's meant for if it's on my street, but if not, then I have to write "Return to Sender" on the envelope. My real pet peeve is going to the Post Office personally. There are either not enough people at the counter to accommodate the number of people in line, or they don't seem to have any concern or compassion and do not show very much concern for those people who wait in line for 1/2 hr. to 45 minutes at times. This should not be happening.
