I've been with them for 8 years: I enjoy banking with "Alamo Fed" because they are always so courteous and friendly. When you have a problem, they go out of their way to help you. If you have an accidental overdraught, they will help you get it corrected without making you feel bad. They are always prepared to answer your questions, big or small, in a friendly and timely manner. I never want to change banks.
