I came here for my first tattoo, johnny did a great job and I would go back again if i were still in the same state. My mother and step dad went to get their wedding bands tattooed on and they look great. This establishment is one of the best that i've been to and they do beautiful work.

I have had mixed feelings about this establishment. The first time I got pierced here, one of my nipples came out irregular. I ended up having to get that done a second time. Fine and dandy..accident, right? Not necessarily. Went back again and had my dimples pierced...That came out irregular as well. Pierced twice again. Didn't think much of it, loved the piercings. I got one tattoo done there, awesome. Great experience, except he uses deodorant to put the stencil on, which I've always found quite sketchy. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance to get one of my other tattoos worked on. I show up, shop closed, no one around. I was thirty minutes early. So I thought maybe they were going to come at 5 exactly. Okay..no biggie. I wait an hour and nothing. So because of who I am, I decide to investigate. I call the two numbers on the business card. The first call went directly to voice mail. Keep in mind, this is a cell phone I'm calling. I'm decidedly upset because I went out of my way to walk to their shop. And it's not an easy walk...They know I walk. I leave a couple of messages, and as a paying customer I'm upset. In retrospect I could have been a bit more calm. I did, however, receive a call from them an hour later. I asked why I wasn't notified that the app. was cancelled. Their excuse was that they don't have anyone who can come in and call people when they can't show up. Not so...there was a red-headed girl searching for them all day who could have taken care of that. Their employee didn't know why they weren't there. It wouldn't even take that long to clear all the appointments for the day. People get sick...that's life. But there are other people involved when you run a business like this.. A commitment is a commitment, so treat it like one. I have never been treated so poorly. This shop has no pride in what it does. They have a complete lack of professionalism and I will never recommend them to friends.

shaun is one of the best tattoo artist in roswell he drew me a tattoo memorial of my brother that fit perfect great person to go to for tattoos
