User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe read an article in the R-J about local butcher shops and decided to give this one a try. We really liked the selection and everything looked very fresh. We were expecting higher prices compared to a grocery store, but found the prices to be not that much higher than the grocery store and the quality of meat was much better. We tried the 1885 New York Strip Steaks and they were excellent. They were very helpful and courteous and answered any questions that we had. We would definitely recommend this shop and can't wait to go back again!

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSmall Town Service: I love this market, I went in there, Meat was Fresh and Really resonable prices, No more than a typical supermarket.. But they are there to Cater to your needs I needed ground Lamb, They didn't have any.. No Problem!... She took the Lamb Shoulder and Ground what I needed.. GREAT service....I wanted A London Broil sliced thin to make Beef Jerky....Fantastic Job Sliced Impressively thin...And She took Off the fat..Made some wonderful Jerky...I will Go back.. The staff is great.. The Prices Are good..The products are Yummy too.....You will Love it trust me :)
