Best Muffler Shop

I took in my 2004 Saturn ION for a OBD2 Catalytic Convertor. The dealership told me $1900 to replace the part, and it would take 2 weeks for the job. I called Performance Muffler, Advanced Muffler, and Jack's Muffler, they all quoted around $1300 for the job and it would take 5 days. Finally I called Best Muffler Shop and they quoted me $320 for parts labor and everything installed and it would only take 2 hours. They had the parts in stock and had the job done in an hour and a half, faster than I expected. Also they scanned my car after the job for FREE and told me what the original problem was. They put a sticker on the back of my car (looks cool) and even gave me a T-Shirt for free! The exhaust workers names are Beto and Dan and the customer service in the front office is David. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone! They have great service and have everything in stock!

I just got home from being ripped off by "Best Muffler." I had a four inch long bracket of flat steel that needed to be made. I called the day before and was told that I could come down and he could tell me how long it would take and the price. I was there at 10. Told to come back "a few hours later." I got there at 1:30. They still had not started the work. The guy said "well.. I can have it by the end of the day, other work came in that had to be done." I sat for TWO more hours while they worked on other people's stuff, and then charged me $50 for a $20 dollar value of work. RIP OFF!!!

i took my car to best muffler to get exhaust and i had nothing but problems. they installed a faulty O2 sensor which caused a number of problems which had a long term effect. they said they did a diagnostic and everything was fine, but when i took it to another shop they found numerous problems due to a bad O2 sensor. i went back to to best muffler and they did nothing but eluded the issue. i have had alot of cars worked on and this shop is by far the worst i have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of working on my ride. IF YOU WANT PROBLEMS CALL BEST MUFFLERS!!!!!!!!!!! FUEL PROBLEMS IS A MUST....... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!
