Company Information: Cafe Caubo is located a half mile from St. Rose Dominican Hospital. They serve authentic Mexican cuisine. Homemade tortillas grace every salad on the menu. Only fresh guacamole is used at Cafe Caubo. Delivery and take out are available.

   Can't wait to do it all over again: Today I went to Cafe Caubo for lunch. I called ahead and placed an order for a chicken burrito. I went there to pick it up and it was ready, waiting for me to savor the flavor! They have an assortment of different FreshMex meals to choose from, such as enchiladas and quesadillas. They also have a wonderful salad which is to die for. This place is great, but it is only open 6 days a week (closed on Sunday). I would recommend Cafe Caubo to everyone and I can't wait to do lunch there all over again!

   Very ordinary Mexican food: I went there once and found nothing special about the food or restraurant. No real reason to go back
