Leased a new car through their internet department. In order to take advantage of their March promotion, we advised them our lease car STILL had 6 weeks left.
After being told "No Problem", we took the deal and found out after we were charged the payment for the lease car we turned in.
Immediately notifing the dealership of the charge, their manager (Alan) insured us "they make it right. After 2 weeks of not hearing from them, I went up personally and was told by one their managers,(I've never seen so many managers tell me they'll make the deal right)that no one remembers it being discussed. It was one of the first items we brought up and now no one rembers it.
Is business this bad they have to take advantage of a single mother with two kids to get another payment.
This this tatics of years past for car dealers.
On a good note: They are friendly when they blow you off.

SCAM- I bought a car from this place, and after 4 days of driving it, they called to say that they will need the car back and they'll show me other cars. They cashed my deposit check, I got insurance on the car and registered and then they claim that I wasn't fully approved. They told me they would report the car stolen if I didn't bring it back. Then they tried to sell me another car!
Also, they told me what my payment was going to be, after looking over the paperwork, that payment included a $1500 extended warranty that they put on my loan without asking me. After I objected, they told me that they would give me a "deal" and only charge me $1000 for it.
Unreal. The salesperson was nice, but they finance manager is a crook. I would NEVER do business with these guys again, nor do I recommend anyone else buying from them.

This place is a joke.
I have a 2008 Nissan Rogue that I bought in St. George, UT from Stephan Wade Nissan (great dealership BTW). It has 6200 miles on it and we just found out that the AC is suddenly not working.
I took it into Henderson Nissan and was told that there shouldn't be a problem. I get a call a couple of hours later telling me that a rock must have popped up and hit the AC condenser because it is leaking. Because they didn't cause the rock to hit it, I have to pay $1K to fix it. F*ck that.
I went home, called my father in law, and he told me where to look to see the condenser. I found it in front of the radiator and it looked perfectly fine to me. In fact, not a single thing looked to be even so much as scratched on it. None of the fins were bent or anything.
I took my car down to United Nissan a couple hours later, and they came back and told me that the condenser was leaking, they were ordering the part in, and that it was fully covered by warranty.
Basically, Henderson Nissan was trying to boost their bottom line by screwing me over. I will never go to that dealership again and suggest everyone else do the same.
If they will screw me over with a brand new car with only 6K miles on it, what will they tell you when you bring in your car with 35K miles and your warranty is about to expire?
