I have tried twice to contact Golden Nugget for a suprise for birthdays while we are staying there and the e-mails won't go through. Not verry happy.

Not what I expected. I had better service in Louisiana casino's. If you sit at a machine don't expect a waitress to serve you any time soon. I sat at the machines a good part of the time I was there and was never served. I was walking threw and finally got a waitress that was completely rude. I ordered a drink and she came back handing it to my husband, I tried to take it from her but she pulled it away, handed it to my husband and said I need my tip now. Kids, Kids and more Kids running all around the casino's I was there to cut loose and have fun but everywhere I went I felt like I needed to watch what I said because there were kids everywhere. Not a very good impression for being there for the first time. I'll go to Louisiana next time, at least kids won't be running around everywhere.
