The bus was schedule to depart 7 AM on 4/1/12 it s 8:55 AM and they barely let them on the bus, something about the bus not working. TWO HOURS LATER!!!!!!!!! This is not good. Isn t there another bus they can use instead? I tried calling the Las Vegas, NV phone number and NO ONE answers. This makes it very inconvenience to coordinate my son s pick up when he gets to San Fernando, California because I can t give the person that is going to pick him up an estimated time of arrival.
The service at this station is appalling as well as Greyhound in general. They don't answer the phone when you call to find out information. My 80 year old fathers bus was 45 minutes leaving its point of origin therefore when it arrived in Las Vegas his connection had left already causing an 8 hour layover. Greyhound doesn't take care of these customers. $3 an hour to store your luggage is ludicrous. They have their benches set up in such a manner that a person cannot lie down. There were people sleeping all over the floor. HORRIBLE way to treat your customers. He should have been told at his point of origin that there would be a chance that he would miss his connection so that he could have put the trip off until the next day. THIS IS APPALLING!!!!!!!!!!! Something needs to be done about this. No consideration for the lives of people that are keeping them in business. I will be looking into this further with the co-operate office( I am sure this will be fruitless) . I will also be calling my congressman and be making a formal complaint. I am hoping there are federal regulations somewhere that cover this kind of thing.
The eployees at the Greyhound Terminal are not very helpful.
Iam stuck here in Las Vegas, Nevada my bus was suppsed to
leave at 11:00 A.M. to San Diego, CA and they won't say what
the matter is. No one is anwsering their phone lines either.
