good cleaning, but not alterations and expensive: They do a good job cleaning clothes, but they arbitrarily charge double the price to clean for women's shirts (which irks me, although lots of places do this discrimination for no reason). I also find them very expensive overall, but the good news is that they have never lost or damaged anything. Caveat: I have taken pants and blouses to be hemmed or altered there and have NEVER been happy. They send the items out and whoever does them consistently does a lousy job. Sometimes the skirt or pants are returned with the seam town out, but no hemming done at all - sometimes the alterations are just overdone (too short, too long, too tight, etc) or else they're done badly. I've just never been pleased with their alterations work. So go elsewhere for alterations or if looking to save $ on dry cleaning; otherwise they're friendly and pretty good.

Horrible: This place has no knowledge what so ever on dry cleaning. I was travelling from Canada to the US when just outside Vegas our roof top carrier blew open and I lost everything I owned. Luckily we met a Police officer who found some of my things scattered on the side of the freeway and picked it all up and brought it to Sparkle Cleaners in Vegas. I had to drive from California to pick up my things. When I looked at my things, everything with cotton in it was shrunk, if it was'nt bad enough that I barley had any clothes left, now everything I did get back had been ruined by an incompetant cleaner. Not only did I get hung up on when I confronted them about shrinking all my cotton clothing, they clearly don't know anything about dry cleaning. Everything went in the dryer, so I paid them 100.00 to ruin my clothes. Not willing to correct this at all simply hung up on me! Now I will report this place to Better Business Bureau, I hope they like their reward for being so rude!
