The employees in the range area dont seem to care about customer concerns. The range is great if you are under five feet tall. If taller your head is right next to two very warm overhead lights. It had to be 85 degrees inside the pistol range. Rediculous. As others have said the "range officers" are smart asses. Why go to a range, pay 25 bucks for range space and a targets when you can go a mile into the desert for free?
The worst customer service I have ever had. Ordered a weapon that was delivered 3 weeks prior to ever getting it. The only way I got it was to go in and insist it was there, i had the UPS shipping conformation dated 1st of the month and was told it was not there on the 7th, 17th and the 24th. I was told repeatedly that they would call if it had arrived. I called back after visiting the store and talking with the manufacturer/shipper and was told it was in fact there and they had the wrong contact phone number and had tried multiple times to contact me. When i arrived at the store for the second time in one day I was first told it was not there (again) then when another employee said he would go get it I see that my correct phone number is on the paperwork. to not only know where a weapon is but to lie to me about my contact infomation is unacceptable. I will never purchase anything from this store and will encourage others not to as well.
Friendly staff. Saleslady helped w/my pepper spray purchase. Didn't have the Sabre 3in1 but I settled for the lower priced model. Saved shipping costs than buying from manufacturer. Give them a visit..
