   Seem a bit hard to work with on phone. I called to inquire about prices on ammo and was told "we don't qoute prices over the phone"

   I ordered a Stoeger shotgun through Discount Firearms and when the shotgun came in, I noticed it was a less expensive model without the extra features I wanted. When I politely pointed this discrepancy out to the salesman, he was willing to help me reorder the correct model. But when the female owner came out of her office, she took on an immediate confrontational tone and accused me of not giving them the correct model number in front of the whole store with customers and salespersons all around. I told her that I had printed out the Stoeger website information and circled the correct model number needed and gave it to her salesperson so there would be no mistakes. She then sternly told me that I should have verified the model number on the sales ticket! At that point I was angry enough about her poor customer service that I told her to cancel my order and refund my deposit. It seems that her poor attitude is common place as her salespersons hardly stopped to watch and continued to service other customers as if nothing out of the ordinary was happening. My saleman offered a muted "sorry" by shrugging his shoulders with out-turned hands when we made eye contact. I have had no problems in my previous dealings in this store and that is why I patronized this store to make this shotgun order, but I will never recommend this store to my friends or visit again. There are too many other good gun stores in Las Vegas to will be happy to take my money in return for good customer service.

   Very good prices on a good selection of firearms. Best indoor range in town. I'd pay a few bucks more for a bit better service. And do.
