    Not often you get to say good things about large chain outfits, however, Matt has done an outstanding job for this company in the needs of coustmer service.He sent me to another Pep Boys Auto Care center and ensured they knew I was enroute for an airconditioner repair. With directions in hands and the other store knowing I was coming, I was treated very well from the customer view. Thanks.

    Back in Nashville I had a bad experience at a Pep Boys and swore I'd never go to another one. Well, I just happened to drop in to see what sort of prices this location had on tires and they sold me on price and service. My car feels like a brand new one with the new tires and the alignment was perfectly done! I'll definitely be back at Pep Boys Henderson, but what the heck is a PEP??? haha.
