    Listen, avoid this dealership. It's filled with fallacious acting employees that don't seem to give you the time of day unless you're the queen of England.

    I have owned 4 BMWs and had my cars serviced at dealerships all over the country and I was mazed by the sub par service and lack of knowledge of the staff. Avoid this dealership at all cost. Henderson BMW seems to, at least, have a clue.

    I took my car in to Desert BMW on Sahara to have the battery caution /warning light diagnosed and, after 5 hours,I was told that this is totally normal by their incompetent, GED educated service manager. Perhaps incompetent is too harsh;I honestly believe that they lack the basic tools, i.e. gray matter, to perform assigned tasks. Anyway,I finally took it to Henderson BMW and was out the door with a new battery in under an hour. Avoid the store on Sahara at all costs.
