My daughter went over there with her husband and got a used Ford F150. Truck is nice and extras were added in with the purchase. Given how their service department operates I wouldn't buy a bicycle from these people. I have never seen such a bunch of imcompetents in my life as they have in their service department. All they had to do is put on some step rails, fix the muffler, replace a tire and install a dvd player. The first 2 day trip they only fixed the muffler and put on the step rails on each side. Nothing else was done since they got the wrong tire in and then didn't receive the dvd player. Now that those items were in it was taken down again. They have had the truck 3 days and still haven't finished installing the damn dvd player or even put the new tire on. I've had major service done on several of my cars and it only took not even a full day.

I will never do business with these clowns again based on the incompetents in their service department. They're happy to take your money but can't back it up with good customer service.

Gaudin Ford Internet Sales Team was fantastic. They sold my Wife and I a Ford Escape 2007. The whole experience from their very easy to use website, Knowledgeable Sales Person, and Delivery of our Escape was great. We love our Vehicle and have had no issues with it as of yet. If your are buying a New Ford, this is the place. we went to all of the other stores. Everywhere we went we were prettty much pushed aside or treated like we were not serious. Obviously we were,as we are driving one now.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! This place is awful! I took my van in for a repair and they broke the hood lever an will not fix it. The latch on the hood get stuck everyonce in a while and instead of opening it how i showed them they yanked it until it broke off. I have NEVER had a problem with other repair shops or lube centers doing this. When I took my van back I was treated very badly the guy who came out talked at me and would not listen but did say they could fix it if I payed for it. When I asked to speak to his manager he called her and told her is was already broken and whispered into the phone. When I met Lisa C. she asked me what was wrong and the guy spoke over me when I tried to explain it to her. Also she acted as if they were not responsible and didnt even act as if she wanted to get up and go look at the lever. Both people TALKED AT ME the whole time and refused to take responsability for the lever. This place is rude and treats people with little or no respect. I know that the hood would get stuck sometimes but it does not mean that they could just BREAK OFF PARTS of my vehicle and then try to charge me for it. I REPEAT THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF!
