When we signed up, we were hesitant, because we knew we might be moving before our contract was up. They assured us that we would easily be able to get out of our contract, but it wasn't. We ended up having to pay out the rest of the months, because they claimed they didn't receive the copies of bills to show our new address. Yet when we called at the end of our contract to confirm it was over, they knew our new address without us telling them, so how did they know it if they hadn't received the paperwork? We feel cheated out of over 6 months of money they charged us. Also, I had a bad experience with the personal trainer service I signed up for and ended up using that service only once. First, the trainer was late for my appointment, then she kept telling me not to tell anybody what exercises she had me doing, because they were advanced. I couldn't walk for 3 days after that due to terrible leg cramps. Well, I just wanted to pass this information onto people considering signing up for their 26 month contracts, before they got trapped.
Over crowded (unless it’s 3am), equipment are on top of each other and are always broken, sometimes for days. tv remotes broken. Place is dirty.
Worked out with a girlfriend at Gold’s Gym. What a difference. Moving when my membership expires.
Crowded, Rude, Equipment in disrepair: This gym is crowded, staff was rude and much of the equipment had "out of order" signs on it. I dont think i will be back anytime soon.
