    WORST EVER CHECK-IN - ROOMS WERE NOT READY, EVEN AFTER WE CALLED TO SEE AND WERE TOLD THEY WERE READY. HAD TO STAND IN LONG LINES THREE SEPARATE TIMES TO CHECK IN. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE UPGRADED ROOMS WE PAID FOR AND WE HAD TO CALL OUR TRAVEL AGENT TO CALL THEM THEY WERE IGNORANT AND INDIFFERENT. WE WERE ALSO TOLD ONE ROOM WAS'NT READY, BUT WE HAD THE BELLBOY CHECK THE ROOM AND IT WAS. AVOID THIS PLACE ALL ALL COST...PLUS IT STINKS!!!

    Just left Bally's. Was there 3/29-4/3. Very disappointed. Hallway to rooms were dirty, they use a machine to vacuum the halls, it doesn't get any closer then one inch from the wall, there is a filthy dirt line one inch from the walls all the way. The dirt under the furniture is built up due to not moving it when they clean? Can not put my finger on the atmosphere, almost like they didn't care about anything, are they shutting it down? Harrah's hotels are much better then this, try another Harrah's property. I do not recommend.
