User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsYour store on Jones Blvd in Las Vegas is over charging me. They never contacted me when my transmission was done. I spoke to Al and I said I could pick it up on 3/03/08 and did not get there until 3/04/08 and they wanted to charge me for storage fees $750 and a lein on my car for $250 extra. I talked to them on the phone and they will not tell me the invoice date when the car was finished. So instead $1177.50 they want 2177.50 in cash and they will not take a credit card. I think they are doing some underhanded things at this location. I just had a death in the family and I am unable to drop everything to run over there and try to get copies of signatures and promise dates for completion of my vehicle. the worst place in town pieces of GARBAGE: i went there and wanted my transmission fluid changed i had my own parts to do this but i paid and had them do it with there parts after there done they used my part and tran fluid that i bought !!! i had to go back and get my filter that was still in the box under the tool box!!! dont ever go to this place trust me
