About:This venue, located in the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino , offers Chinese cuisine that showcases both Canton and Shanghai styles of cooking in a black, red, and silver dining room. All dishes are served family style, so groups can choose two or three items to share. Though the menu changes seasonally, signature dishes include Spider Prawn Dumplings, Crispy Garlic Chicken, and Fire-roasted Mongolian Beef. Save room for one of their inventive desserts such as the White Chocolate Cylinder, featuring a tower of white chocolate mousse topped with a sugared rose petal, and served with squares of strawberry rose petal gelee, cappuccino foam, and balsamic strawberry gelato with graham cracker crumbs.

    This really was one of the best places I have ever eaten at. We shared the family option meal (2 people) and it was amazing! Like a course meal, everything was delicious, especially the almont encrusted lemon chicken, and the mongolian beef...unlike any Chinese cuisine you'll ever try.
    **Get the Red Lantern cocktail..watermelon...AMAZING

    Worth every penny!: After looking the entire weekend at different restaurants in Las Vegas, we decided that Pearl was going to be it. We made a reservation for 9:30 and we told them it was our anniversary and they put us in a prime spot! We had an amazing dinner, wonderful service and we absolutely cannot wait to go back because we talk about the place ALL the time!

    We highly reccommend Pearl and if you're curious... this is what we ordered: Almond Crusted Lemon Chicken, Macadamia Nut Kung Pao Chicken and Sauteed Garlic Green Beans. It was a TON of food and well worth it.
