Ate here with friends this week and was VERY disappointed. I'm from Louisiana and I thought since it was Emerils they would atleast know how to make gumbo. It was terrible...was more like gravy than gumbo. The scallops had good flavor but they were cold and we were shocked we only got two scallops for the price they charged. Spinach lobster salad has about four bites of spinach on it. Portions are VERY small for the price and the flavor was pretty bland. If you want to try and Emerils and you're willing to spend the money...Delmonicos is by far the best followed by Table 10. Stay away from the Fish House!!!

Absolutely horrible. Went with friends. Sent my food back TWICE because it was just horrible (appitizer: Braised beef ravioli tasted tanic and beef soup was too salty with hard, undercooked rice. My husband's chicken was overcooked and NOT worth $45. One of the meals at our table didn't come out with the rest of the food. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. If it weren't for the mashed potatoes, I would have eaten my shoe. Not worth the price!

The only bad experience for a Valentine weekend at the MGM Grand was Emeril's. A 24 oz. lobster tail dinner was no more than a large shell suffed with bread/crouton stuffing with a few little pieces of lobster mixed in. The wine stained table was empty except for a chewey steak on my wife's plate. No relish, vegetables or bread came with the dinner. The bleeding undercooked steak looked like it was set out for a pet german shepherd. We were served one cold bun each and one piece of fish smelling corn bread that was inedible.
The waiter explained that certain species of lobster are very small in a large shell so that's what I had. He said he personally pulled all the meat out of that shell before it went into the stuffing mixture and it looked like 24 oz. to him. The bill for my non lobster dinner and my wife's lonley piece of meat dinner came to $120. We left a nice tip for the waiter since he'll need it to hone his acting skills for working at Emeril's. We expect to get clipped in the casino but not in the restaurant. Shame on Emeril.
