   Best Pediatric Opthamologist: With one child having a slightly lazy eye, another being watched for glaucoma, I wanted the best for my kids. She is well known as the best, and after my children became current patients, I see why. The wait is rather long for appts 3+mths, but I highly recommend her!

   WE LOVE HER!!!: We relocated from the East Coast and were very concerned about finding a pediatric eye surgeon that could compare with the one we were currently using. Our daughter had already has one eye surgery and we were told to be prepared for one or two more in the future.
   I began asking strangers with children wearing glasses for referrals and Dr. Shin's name came up everytime. She is about 30-45minutes from our Valley Home but well worth the trip.
   My daughter loved her East Coast eye surgeon and never once complained about him, but after one visit with DR Shin she now reffers to Dr. Shin as the "Good Doctor"
   
   The wait to get the 1st appointment can be a little concerning BUT it is well worth it - the whole office is very professional, courteous, and great with children. The waiting room has a huge fish tank to distract and amuse little ones AND there is also a 2nd waiting room just for children.
