User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI will never go back, I did not get ripped off but the whole sales group do not listen. I went in for a used car and the one I was going to buy was damaged (carfax does not always reflect the truth). They did show me a car that I bought and that I was happy with, but the problem is I went in with cash and I told them not to check my credit, they did anyways. That is what I told them not to do. Besides that, most of the salesmen there are liars. Buyers beware. always go in prepared and check the car out with a mechanic.

I will never go to, or recommend a car from Desert Honda again. I got riped off bad, further more there service department is rude. You can tell that they are desperate for your money.

They try to rip you off. You call one the phone and get a price on a car. When you go in the same day, the car was "just sold" or went up by $1000 dollars. The manager thinks he is "slick" and can sell anything, but to me he just came off as slime. The people there are rude and ill informed. They also don't know how to look up cars on KBB because the suggested retail price on some cars is a couple thousand dollars off (as in too high). Your money will spend anywhere, so I highly recommend you spend it elsewhere.
