    Parts department is a friggin' joke. 20 minutes on hold then they are unable to look something up by application... "I need the VIN". Well, the VIN wasn't available and they were unwilling to try to look for me so I purchased elsewhere. This part I needed they made for only one car for only one year. Give me a break.

    does not keep promises.. service department tells you one thing up front then changes the story. i am very dissatisfied with the quality of service and the lack of professionalism!

    business: As for me, everything went smoothly. Everyone had great attitudes, especially compared to other honda dealerships. So I decided to buy my car here, and satisfied with customer service.
