We ate here 3 times during our stay in Vegas, as most of the restaurants are so expensive. The food was good each time. The service was better in the day than it was at night, although each time they brought out something to tide the kids over, which was appreciated.
My boyfriend and I arrived at dennys on a saturday around 3:30 pm and didn't leave till around 4:30pm. We were greeted promptly and did not have to wait long to be seated. I did have a little problem with how close we sat to other 8-10 couples when there was more than enough room in the restaraunt to spread everyone out. our waitress was awesome and she had personality no complaints about her. The food also arrived promptly and drinks were filled frequently. The food tasted okay but could have been better with more time and patience ,also the hashbrowns need to be cooked diffrently it tasted like it was soaked in oil. After an hour of leaving, my stomach was not agreeing with the food and the symptoms were not pretty, i beleive i have food poisoning. Overall the experience and food were average, but our waitress and host did help to make it a pleasant experience. Great customer service. Just becareful what you order. I believe i order the heartland scramble with hasbrowns and chedder cheese and onions were mixed in. My boyfriend had a bacon boca burger with fries. we also had an appetizer that included onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and chicken fingers with marinara sauce and ranch. Accompanied by water and HI-C fruit punch.
bad cooking!: My family and I went to breakfast on a Sunday at this location and was very unhappy with the food. The food was way over cooked "close to burnt'. All are food was cold and hard due to over cooked. The service from the waitress was good, but I will never eat there again. They need a new cook. The Denny's on N. Nells is the only location I will go eat, there cook at that location is very good.
