User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDo NOT buy from this dealer if you do not want to get ripped off. I had the most horrible experience. The sales guys played bait and switch. They claimed they would beat any written offer to trick you to come in. When you do bring written offers from other dealers, they had so many excuses. I was finally tricked into buying from them. I was overcharged for almost everything. Finally, the service department is as horrible as their sales department. Their service department refused to address the water clogging issue and the air circulation issue although my car is still under warranty. It is a brand new 2009 model. Yet they don't address the issue. Worst yet, when you tried to contact the customer relationship department, they will harrass you every time you air your complaint. Bottom line is Fletcher Jones Toyota/Scion guys are just a bunch of con artists.

Why I would reccomend Fletcher Jones Toyota: This is by far the best dealership in Nevada! They are honest, professional, and they truly cared for all my needs while I was there, and after I left they even followed up with me to make sure I was still satisfied. Buying from Fletcher Jones Toyota was not just a purchase, it was a beginning of a life long relationship with a dealer that I can trust to refer all my friends to, and bring my car to for service if need be. I know that if I ever need another car, they will always give me a fair deal.

Excellent Customer Service!: I highly recomend FLetcher Jones Toyota/Scion to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.
I called ahead and the friendly staff set me up an appointment with a manager which made my entire visit the easiest car buying experience ever!
I love my car, and will continue to be a loyal customer of Fletcher Jones.
