We took clients there on a business trip. Very impressive scenery and atmosphere. Food was excellent and presented beautifully.
Nice Experience.
Yes the view is beautiful. Took two clients for a business dinner on a Wednesday. While the restaurant was not busy service was excellent as we arrived at 6 p.m. Beginning around 7:30 p.m. it filled up and then service fell off dramatically. Also as it fills up the noise also becomes very, very loud. To top it all off, there was a table of six next to us of, for a lack of better terms, idiots. Loud, obnoxious. Not only ruined the rest of the meal for our table, but a couple celebrating a wedding anniversary (who rode up with us in the elevator and then also rode down with us) were seated on the other side of these rude people. They indicated they would never return. When you are paying $100+ and it is supposed to be an 'elite' restaurant, you expect management to handle people who ruin the other patrons' experiences. Food was at best, "fair", nothing at all to brag about. I live in Savannah, GA and can name at least 6 restaurants here that far exceed the quality. I left a 10% tip and felt I had been ripped off. As I was still with clients when the waiter asked if everything was okay (after seeing the poor tip), I indicated yes. If clients had not been with me, I most certainly would have told him the truth. Disasterous meal with absolutely no appealing atmosphere other than the view. I would never return nor recommend. Also when the restaurant is full it is like a maze to get out. Just way over crowded the way it is set up, probably also contributes to it sounding like a chow hall in there when it is full. I had to ask other patrons to move their chairs so I could get past (and I am not a big person).
I recently took my girlfriend there on Dec.28 for her birthday. I had planned on proposing to her that same night. Everything was perfect. The view, the food, the staff. Most importantly...she said YES!

We had a similar experience, and it seemed as though it was a family reunion for "Larry The Cable Guy"! We will not return.
