Too small. Too crowded. NO lobby parcel mailing stations-you Have to stand in line. No window for PO Boxes open during business hours. At least 2 counter stations down at all times. Not enough Spanish speakers to help out.
Great (employees) folks, working there, but within in terrible conditions.
