Company Information: 808 is located in the Caesars Palace Hotel Casino and serves dishes of combined Asian and European influences. Signature Hawaiian dishes get the most attention at this acclaimed Vegas restaurant. The Stir-Fried Maine Lobster with Asian vegetables will melt in your mouth, but it'll also burn a hole in your pocket. While this place is pricey, the food is interesting, fun and elegantly prepared. The seafood is especially noteworthy, but the menu offers other options as well. Call for reservations.

If you plan on having a great time, DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. As a Las Vegan, it's a rare occassion to have a night out on the strip but since we were celebrating a birthday, we made a night out of it. We arrived a little late but called them to reschedule and they were courteous enough to accomodate that. We arrived and sat down...wait staff was okay.
Food was bad...you can never get salmon wrong...this place - displeased w/the preparation of the salmon, it looked slimey. I'm originally from Hawaii and the "Hawaiian Fusion" / "Pan-Asian" flair to the dishes was far off the mark.
To top off the already dissappointed night, we were told by, who I assumed as the maitre 'di, to "keep it down ladies." Mind you that the kitchen was not too far off and was open to the dining area...it was hard to keep a conversation. That dampened our spirits completely and we just could not wait to get the hell out of there!!
hawaiian fusion: presentation was great!! Beautifully done. Food delicious!! Can't wait to go back again!!
808 is Great!: My wife and I ate here during a visit to Las Vegas. We originally wanted to eat at Bobby Flay's restaurant while in town but the waiting list there was 3 days long so we tried 808. We are both fans of Roy's with their Hawaiian fusion cuisine but I must admit 808 takes it to a new level. The food was fantastic, the service impeccable and the atmosphere wonderful. Of course all this comes with a price tag but we felt it was well worth it.
