August 14, 2009 was a life-changing day for me! It was the day I finally passed my driving test at Flamingo-DMV! I could have not made it without the help of Rich!
Rich has a calming and reassuring presence. He is soft-spoken and gives driving instructions in simple, specific terms. He is generous with his praises on things that you do right and points out mistakes in a non-offensive way. Most importantly, he makes you gain confidence and competence enough to pass the driving exams.
On my test day, Rich fetched me from my home and made me drive around the DMV Flamingo area to familiarize me with the routes that might be taken during the exam. He gave me last minute pointers / reminders and assured me I was ready to take the exam. He was with me when the DMV lady examiner appraised my test performance. Like family, he rejoiced with me when I was told I made it!!! He helped me fill up the forms and waited in line with me until the final step when I was given my temporary driver's license. He assisted me in every way! He was like a big brother making sure everything was alright with his little sister! He gave pure service and caring, more than what I have expected, more than what I have paid for!!
Rich and Shelley, thanks for the personal touch that you put into your service. Thanks for making me get my driver's license, finally!!!
For those desperately wanting to pass the driving test, I highly recommend the services of Northwest Driving School under Rich! This school is your one sure source of assistance in making it through the driving test with flying colors!!! It deserves an excellent / five stars rating!!! -

The Best Driving school ever!!!!!!!!!! The staff and instructors are so friendly and helpful. They really work with there customers and are so professional. The price is great as well.
