India Palace Business Overview

Edit Info

Company Information: Considered one of Las Vegas's best Indian restaurants, this place cooks up some of the best in Indian cuisine. The food has a spicy and tangy taste to it with some of the finest herbs and Indian spices used. The buffet served here is worth your every penny. The specials include lamb, chicken and vegetable tandoori, vindalo and kormas. Food here is pretty reasonable, the atmosphere is not exactly top notch but the food makes up for it. Reservations, especially during weekends, are necessary as the place tends to get a bit crowded.

I think this is the best Indian restaurant in Las Vegas! I have eaten the buffet countless times and it is always outstanding. I find it difficult to believe the previous review about food poisoning and think it is a bogus review. The food here is fresh and tasty and the service is outstanding. Ignore the previous review; this place is the real deal!!

The restaurant is pleasant and looks very clean and organized. The service is good and I've enjoyed eating there. I ordered the chicken and bread last time I was there, it was good as usual, but after about an hour or two I had severe food poisoning and almost had to go to the hospital.

I thought It might have been something I ate before or after eating at the restaurant and didn't think much of it. About one week after, a few friends of mine ate at the restaurant (different dishes) and also got food poisoning of different degrees. Some were sick to their stomach and others were in the hospital for a day or two. A month after this insedent my boss took his family there, fortunately he was the only one who had food poisoning afterwards.

I don't think I will ever go there again, and I would recommend for others not to go, or be very careful what you eat there.

Food poisoning does not happen in an hour or two; it takes 6 to 24 hours. I think this is an unfair review and should be removed.
