Mediocre food. Terrible service. Untrained staff. Extremely overrated. Avoid at all cost or you will pay the PRICE. The bill is the only surprise. Worst restaurant experience of my life.
Why is listed under fine dining ? The food and service SUCKS, but their prices are high for what they offer.Although we are in customer service business,is one of the few times that we made a wrong selection,as well as at the Il Fornaio in New York New York which is the same company. If Venetian had a Buffet or if this Restaurant was out of a Casino, would have been out of business long time ago.
very disappointed that the Piatto Canaletto was very unprofessional prepared. The oysters were NOT fresh and had a very bad odor!! The bundle of fibres were still attached inside the mussels. We identified the problems to our server. She only asked if we were done with the dish and wanted to remove the dish. We requested to speak to the manager. Michael, the manager, came and we told him about the problem. He courteously gave us a discount on the dish when he saw the fibres attached to the mussel. We chose a restaurant listed us "fine dining" and they let us down. If for any reason they don't have fresh seafood that day, they should just said they don't have that dish available that night. They should not have served sub-standard quality food to their customers.
