| About: | Roy Yamaguchi's labor has paid off in the form of wonderful restaurants in America, Japan and Guam. The fusion food is savory and relatively light on the wallet. Yellow Fin Ahi Poketini, Slow Braised and Charbroiled Short Ribs and Hibachi Style Grilled Salmon are innovative and delicious. And don't forget the signature dessert, Roy's Melting Hot Chocolate Souffle, that concludes the meal in style. Reservations are preferred. |

The 1st time we experienced Roy Yamaguchi's unique style was @ the Newport Beach location. I'm hooked. I usually get the Trio- with ahi, butter-fish & salmon,... and a macadamia almond tart thing for dessert. This place is bold and elegant, and lots of fun. The prix fixe menu can make things simple for 1st timers too. Luv Roy's,
This is by far one of my Most favorite Fusion Restaurants around I've eaten at Roy's in Orlando, Tampa ,
Boca Raton, Florida and Las Vegas in Summerlin and Downtown Never Ever Disappointed The fish selection
is delicious and the Chocolate Souffle' is to die for You Gotta try this place!!!!!
