    We look forward to going to Vegas to eat at Luxor. The buffet is soooo yummy. We will drive from downtown just to eat at the Luxor.

    Bland expired food: The buffet was like the local chain buffet in strip malls across America. As a chef for Red Lobster for 15 years I can tell you that they do not practice FIFO also known as first in first out. We got there at 9am... there were half empty fruit dishes that had not been changed the night before. Then the person came out and poured "newish" product (fruit) on top of the old stuff.

    I like ambrosia... but you can imagine the fruit, the discoloration and taste after not being properly cared for and rotated for freshness. Not a luxury buffet... I am sure it will do in a pinch; just look closely at which foods look the freshest.
