User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsTook my mothers car to Meineke and was greeted by Rober Romaine General Manager. My mothers car yesterday would not start. Then when if finally did start it stalled out about a mile from home. We were able to get it started agian. Today I called Robert and he said that he would have time to work on the car. I took the car in and left it. They worked on the car all day trying to get it to replicate the behavior of the previous day. The car of course would not cooperate and did not stall or not start. Robert asked if they would be able to keep the car overnight but I needed the car the next day. When I went to pick the car up I was just imagining how much this was going to cost and to my pleasant surprise Robert informed me it was FREE!!! I couldn't believe it. He explained they were in the business of fixing cars and not charging when they didn't do anything. I have to say that I will recommend Meineke to everyone that I can. They will be working on all my cars and I will be sending all my friends to them. I could not be more pleased with their work ethic and the way they conduct business. If you have a car problem there is no place else to go except Meineke for your auto repair needs. Don't waste your time and money going to other places. MEINEKE IS THE BEST THERE IS !!!!! By the way I don't work there or have any affiliation with their business except to be one pleased customer. You will not be disappointed with the service.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsTom and Kent (Managers) have been wonderful to us. We have a fleet account with them and get all our personal vehicles repaired. These guys are the nicest and most HONEST mechanics in town. I am sorry to see them leave, but wish them the best!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThey are AWSOME: I have been here a couple times now and everyone is GREAT! My car needed to be fixed and they drove me to school as a favor because I was stuck! Now this is the ONLY place that I get my oil changes and all service done! This Meineke is the BEST!
