Fusia: WOW! What an incredible eating experience! From apetizer to dessert, not ever less than perfect. From the presentation of the server to the presentation of the food, to the flavor sensations....this is a must do eatery in Vegas!! Melt in your mouth awesomeness!

fabulous experience: I had dinner here after it reopened as Fusia and will remember it for a long time. Everything, from the cocktail to dessert, was fresh, innovative, and delicious. The atmoshere was wonderful, the service was excellent, and I enjoyed the whole experience. A cocktail, appetizer, main course, and dessert came to around fifty dollars not including tip and was well worth it.
