3.5 stars, not 4 stars!!!!! Darn program won't let me put it in....@#$%@

While in town on business, I read the reviews previously posted and decided to go here anyway. When we entered, we were greeted promptly and seated right away. There were many other patrons, so I figured it can't be all that bad. When we were giving our orders, I asked about the sushi counter near the entrance and the waitress said that I could order the sushi from the dining room area, if I wished. She then added, that for $20 ($19.95), I could have the all you can eat sushi, but we would have to sit in the sushi counter or the tables in that area. We could also order off the menu there too (as my friend wanted to do that), so I asked if we could move and the waitress said that would be fine, After we moved, we ordered and they brought out my sushi order promptly

Ok, now, you gotta understand, I've eaten sushi in Tokyo and all over Japan as well as at many other places and while this was okay sushi, this wasn't the definitely not the best sushi that I've ever had, but it was sushi nonetheless. The rolls that I ordered was soggy and wet and I don't know why they were that way, but they were still tasty. My personal favorite was the unagi nigir, and it was also ok, but the portions were small and well, I figured that I could just order more of them, if I wanted. I ended up eating about $40 worth of food and walked out with a $20 plus tax and tip bill. Not too bad all in all, but I would stick with the nigri and not the rolls and even then, I would order just a few pieces to see (and taste) their quality before diving in and ordering more. Oh, and my friend said that the shrimp and snow peas were good and tasty too (but, they looked way too saucy for my taste, but he liked them). Different strokes for different folkes, I guess.

I will say that the person who took our order was poilte and had lots of knowledge about what was on the menu, but the food itself left us all wishing we had had something else to eat. My husband said it was too greasy to him and that chinese shouldn't be greasy. My 2 children who LOVE pot stickers wouldn't even finish the one they had and usually they have 2-3 each. My husband didn't even finish his 1st plate and said he would rather throw out what was left then have to eat it again and we ordered almost 50.00 worth of food! I thought it was oily and not my favorite by far. The place was clean and the poeple polite, but I wouldn't reccommend the food to anyone.
