THE PARTS DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE. I ORDERED A STUPID WHEEL SPEED SENSOR ON THURSDAY AND THEY PROMISED IT TO ME SATURDAY. MONDAY CAME AROUND STILL NO PART. TOLD ME IT WOULD BE ON FIRST RUN TUESDAY. TUESDAY AFTERNOON I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH GINA, THE PARTS MANGER, SHE SAID SHE'D CALL ME BACK BUT INSTEAD SHE HAD A COUNTER PERSON CALL ME AND I WAS PROMISED THE PART FIRST THING WEDNESDAY. HERE IT IS NOON WEDNESDAY STILL NO PART. MY CUSTOMER IS COMING OUT OF HER SKIN AND I DON'T BLAME HER. IF THERE WAS ONE OUNCE OF CONCERN ABOUT THEIR PARTS CUSTOMERS THAT PART SHOULD HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR ME AT 8AM. STAY CLEAR OF THESE FOLKS. WE SPEND THOUSANDS WITH DESERT YEARLY, BUT NOW WE ARE LOOKING INTO OTHER OPTIONS.

This place is rude and does not care about any customers. I suggest for anybody not to go there, whether it's an oil change or the purchase of a new car.

I took my Pathfinder in to be fixed on a Sat. and the service manager turned me away. He said that he only has three techs that work on Sat. He was argung with another customer about not having the time to fix his car. He told me I could leave mine for Mon. What dealer only has three techs working on a Sat. and who is able to leave a car during the week?? I won't go there again.
