User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI bought a new 2009 Camry SE from Desert Toyota in May of this year. I must say that it was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased 14 new cars since 1979. The salesman, sales manager and finance manager were all respectful and didn't pressure me in to making any decisions I wasn't comfortable making. The showroom, lot and service area are clean. Everyone was friendly, even if, they didn't seem to be having a good day. The price I paid for the car was very fair. All in all, as I said, a great car buying experience.

I purchased a used vehicle from DESERT TOYOTA on 10-31-09. When receiving my trade-in vehicle DESERT TOYOTA KNOWINGLY failed to completely pay off lease payoff. They also KNOWINGLY failed to advise me that they were leaving me with a $4,000 balance to pay off myself.
Hundreds of working hours invested in this issue over the last 5 months has returned a campaign of silence from Desert Toyota. It is now April 3rd, 2009. They have turned their back on me after failing to fulfill their contract. This is a plea for help.
If you, or anyone you knows works with or at DESERT TOYOTA, please forward this to their managers. Please help me! Ask them to call (702-871-4111), email (FernandezR@autonation.com), or confront Robert Ferandez, the DESERT TOYOTA Sales Manager and remind him that he needs to PAY DANâS LEASE, as he promised.
