For the past three years we have had Carolina Kitchen and Barbeque cater our annual event in June. The food is excellent, and everyone raves about the menu selection and service. Keep up the good work.

I ordered the ribs and my wife wanted catfish. She wanted just catfish, not all the sides, etc. A catfish meal was reasonably priced, but when asked what extra catfish would cost, the help had to check with the manager. We were told it would be another $7.95 per piece! That was almost as much as the entire meal. She order her meal and received one full piece and 1/2 piece. The ribs were not even close to being as flavorful as I expected. Needless to say, we won't be going back. There are other places in town that serve awesome catfish and ribs. No sense in wasting your time with this place. (Guess when we walked into an empty restaurant, that should have been a sign!)

A Hidden Away Favorite Of Mine: Been in Reno for 4 years and shopped here my whole life, yet never knew this place existed. WHAT A FIND!!! I love the sauce, sweet with a kick. The prices are great, and the folks there are friendly. They used to have these aweful booth seats, but those are gone now and the resteraunt is open and clean feeling. Very nice. Plus they sell full backs of ribs and whole chickens to take home. They have a catering service. Stop by and try it out. You gotta have a sampler plate!!!
