Horrible!!!!! They promise you the world and then screw you over. They told me that I was approved (even told me the company name) and that this would be the highest my monthly rate would be. After a week I get a call to come back and sign a date sensitive paper. When I got there I was told I need to put more money down and my finance rate went up 15%. A few other people where there with the same issue. I will never BUY from them again!!!!!!

11/16/09 (UPDATE)
They promise me they are going to make things right. Its been two weeks and still waiting, hopefully this week. I really want to regain trust in this company, I really hope they do what they say they are going to do.

Customer beware.....especially women.

Their service department has tried to rip me off repeatedly. It's only after I hand them off to my husband who has priced the parts do they come down from their original outrageous quotes.

I recently had my driver's side window regulator go out (Part $90), I was quoted $750.00 by their service department to fix with a $50.00 oil change. That's $610 for LABOR...........are you kidding, since when to mechanics make more than doctors.

When my husband insisted on picking up the car, the price dropped from $700 to $475.......wow what a discount....I am sure you are wondering how much you overpaid about now.

Apparently I also now have an oil leak I did not have this morning before dropping it off.............

This dealership is what gives car dealers a reputation for being crooks. First day i came in they treated me as if they would do anything to help me. Next day they told me my problem was not covered under warranty and it would cost a certain amount. They had not done all they could do to test for the specific problem they had claimed, yet went on to quote prices for unwarranted work. Ended up restricting warranty on my 07 vehicle that has under 50,000 so no one else could fix my truck besides them. Watch out for the two faced Ben Owings. They went out of their way to make sure if I didnt use their service department my truck wouldnt be fixable even though other dodge dealers were ready and willing to help.
