    Have stayed at Harveys in Lake Tahoe many times and have always had excellent service. All the employees have been most gracious and willing to assist in whatever is needed. The premier rooms are absolutely GREAT. Never had a problem. One time I was injured on the mountain and they gave me a pair of crutches. Love staying at Harveys. Looking forward to staying there again in a couple of weeks.

    The hotel is clean, but the staff around the gambling areas are so rude. We were just there over the weekend and do not plan on going back there at all; we'll probably just head to Reno next time. They weren't smiling and didn't seem talkative. Two of them even gave us an attitude. Guess we'll be taking our money elsewhere next time.

    Vegas feel: This is one of the few casinos that manages to capture that Vegas vibe. That's pretty hard to do outside of Vegas but Harrah's has done a great job. They have some great acts performing there and they have a Cabo Wabo there too. Typically casino resort, casino on the bottom levels and rooms above. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

    We did experience a few issues with the aircon, but aside from that the stay was great.
