User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsfood is great, prices are great, atmosphere is cool.....lady is a little slow however...i recommend calling 20 minutes before and place an order to picked up...then eat it there or elsewhere...i was there one time when a man came in asking for money for something (rent???) she was real nice and said she would have it in a couple days...it was endearing, and she works hard...I vowed i would eat there as much as i could from then on...it is well worth it.....

BEWARE! STAY AWAY!!! I have to admit. This place has pretty good food but the service is so bad that I, along with many people I know, will never go back. I stood there one time for about 20 minutes trying to place a take-out order and the lady didn't even acknowledge my presence. She even looked at me. I just decided to walk out after that. It's not like they were busy at all, she was just standing in the kitchen tidying up the place. There's a time for that and it's not when you have customers waiting. This wasn't the first time that I've had horrible service there. I just made sure that it was the last time. Also, the place is filthy. I'm surprised that the health department allows them to stay open. The food is good until you see where they cook it and where you have to eat it. All and all, the food is ok, the service sucks, and the place is dirty. There are better places to get greek food in town. Maybe you will have better luck than I did. I wouldn't count on it though.

Dude this is the most swell deli in Reno! Gyros are my heroes man! They make me wanna play the air guitar each time I am there!
