Will never go back. Made a reservation for 28 people 2 months in advance, confirmed the reservation with the owner the night before and show up on Saturday and no one has a clue about our reservation. Our tables are soaking wet from the rain, nothing set up at all. They were understaffed and couldn't take are orders all at once and never apologized for the screw up nor did they offer any kind of compensation (how 'bout a free pitcher of beer or SOMETHING people.) I have been ordering food for years from them, but this past year has been very disappointing. If you don't check your order before leaving, you might end up with something you didn't order, or missing what you requested. Sometimes you get 3 pieces of chicken, sometimes 4 in the strip order, and last couple of personal pizzas were terrible, the dough was uncooked. They better get a grip on the kitchen or they might not last the recession. I would rather bring my lunch to work from now on

I have yet to make it to the one in Tahoe, but the new one in Indian Hills is awful. The food is way over priced for what you get. They advertise a prime rib sand,. and give you sliced roast beef. My kids pic songs on the "jukebox" and then are told they cant play them cause the "manager" doesnt like that type of music.
