Cozy Cattery Boarding Resort Just for Cats

We left our cat “Buster” at Cozy Cattery for one week while vacationing. We sent the following email messages as shown below. In our second email message we asked if Buster had come out of his cage for the daily exercise session. The following response shown below in message 5 was sent by Cozy Cattery. A short reply such as “Buster came out of his cage and is doing fine” was all that was necessary”. A business that was customer service oriented would never answer their customers in such a rude manner. We WON’T be using Cozy Cattery for boarding in the future.

1. This is Michelle and Fernando checking in from Costa Rica- we wanted to see how our big baby (Buster) was doing. I am sure he is fine and enjoying the change of scenery. Do you know if he did any exploring while he was out of his condo?
Please let us know how he is doing. I am sure he is just fine (I'm the one who is having the separation anxiety!)
2. Thanks for taking good care of our baby; did he decide to come out and look around? He is a sweet kitty once he goes into baby mode! He does the hissy-growly thing when strangers pass by our window at home- but if one comes into the house, he runs and hides! I am sure he is beginning to enjoy his time there and again, we appreciate the care he is getting...
3. Helloooo??? Anybody there???
4. We really would like to know how Buster is doing. The courtesy of a reply is appreciated.
5. This is the email received from Cozy Cattery: Hello Michelle...
Here's your choice, we have enough time to play with "Buster" and give him personal attention---or---we can write you letters. We really don't have time to do both. The other choice is to rent a cabin with the internet camera which is on 24 hours a day. Rest assured, if there is ANY concern, we will contact you immediately. That is way we ask for so many contact numbers before you leave.
